Tucker County battled back, led by Raven Matthews' 33 points, and took a brief lead late in the fourth quarter. However, Greenbrier West closed the game on a 14-4 run, sealed by Brilee Redden's clutch three-point play and free throws. Maddie Fields led Greenbrier West with 23 points, while Preslee Treadway added 21. Tucker County's rebounding advantage was negated by 25 turnovers.
